Remember... IT'S A GOOD DAY!

Our Deepest Fear by Marianne Williamson
“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”
THINK DIFFERENTLY... BE YOURSELF... MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
This is a quick video reminder of YOUR GENIUS. Enjoy!

"If my heart can become pure and simple
like that of a child, I think there probably
can be no greater happiness than this."
~ Kitaro Nishida

MUSIC IS GOOD MEDICINE
Play this video of Antonio Vivaldi called "Storm." Watch it once through and really take in the energy of the music and images. Then, play it one more time and close your eyes. Remember the old pinball machines? Imagine a ball of light, more like a ping-pong ball, moving around your body and energy field with the music. Allow the ball of light to move quickly around your energy field. If you would like, imagine the lower notes at the base of your spine and the higher notes at the top of your head.
Another way to do this, is imagine your body as a big violin or cello. Play your body like a musical instrument. Actually allow your head and body move with small vibrations as you imagine the bow moving quickly across your body up and down with the music. Play with the meditative exercise and see how revitalized you can feel.
Practice ONENESS.
Practice PEACE by doing your piece.

Laughter is Good Medicine...
I have arrived.
I am home in the now.
I am solid. I am free.
In the ultimate I dwell.
What a loving place to be.

"When we are mindful, deeply in touch with the present moment, our understanding of what is going on deepens, and we begin to be filled with acceptance, joy, peace and love." ~ Thich Nhat Hanh
"One can appreciate & celebrate each moment — there’s nothing more sacred. There’s nothing more vast or absolute. In fact, there’s nothing more!"
